Meet the Skylarks Toastmasters Executive Committee 2015-2016
Anita Kiss, President
Anita joined the Toastmasters World recently, but with great enthusiasm: with only an icebreaker speech behind her, she went to the TM World Congress to Kuala Lumpur to learn and gain experience from the Masters.
As a leader in her professional life, she knows how important it is to inspire and motivate people. She believes that sharing ideas and life long learning, especially on a voluntary basis are an essential part of our life.
President’s Role
The President is responsible for providing the supportive club environment members need to fulfill their self-development goals, for making sure that members benefit from the Toastmasters educational program, and that the club recruits new members and retains current ones.
Laura Neisz, VP Education
Laura has been a member of Toastmasters for a year. She is happy to be VP Education as it’s the best way to learn, share and help other Toastmasters to progress.
VP Education Role
The Vice President Education is responsible for providing and maintaining the positive environment and the programs through which members can learn and grow. The VP Education ensures the club has satisfied members and continues to grow.

The Vice President Membership create a climate that attracts new members and keeps current members involved.
Henry Scullion, easySpeak and IT
Henry has been a member of Toastmasters for 8 years, and has served as VPE and VP PR for Skylarks. He is happy to help the Club grow, using easySpeak and all the latest social media tools.
VP PR Role
The VP Public Relations is responsible for coordinating an active public relations and publicity program. Their efforts help to attract new members. The job is vital to the growth and success of the club.

Treasurer’s Role
The Treasurer is responsible for keeping clear and accurate financial records of club business and for seeing that the club remains financially stable.
Tamás Sölch, Sergeant at arms
Sergeant at arms Role
The Sergeant at arms is responsible to organising club social events and functions.
Peter Temesvary, Sergeant at Arms
Peter Temesvary has been a Toastmaster in Budapest since 2006. He is currently working towards the ACG and ALS levels. He has held nearly all club officer roles in BPTM and Skylarks. He is currently the Sergeant at Arms of the Skylarks club.
Peter currently works as Head of Safety at the Budapest Airport. Previously he ran the Budapest, Bucharest, and Prague offices of a global environmental and health & safety consultancy. As part of his work, he routinely conducts presentations and trainings for groups of all sizes.
In Toastmasters, Peter enjoys the Evaluator role the best, in particular the challenge of giving speakers concrete and useful ideas for improvement. And even after so many years of Toastmastering, Peter admits that his pulse still increases drastically when the Table Topics Master calls his name.
VP Leadership Role
The VP Leadership is responsible for running the Leadership Track.
Tamas Lippner, Immediate Past President & VP Mentoring
When Tamás Lippner first heard about Toastmasters, he immediately joined and started to give speeches. After just six months, he felt significant improvement in his communication and became a Toastmasters fan. He excitedly participated in chartering the Skylarks Toastmasters club and was elected president.
It is his mission to build a very professional club, where new members enjoy the personal development and become better communicators and leaders. The experienced mentors, the great atmosphere in Skylarks and the members’ willingness to step out of their comfort zone provide a proven recipe for success. As a leader in the field of banking, Tamás claims that Toastmasters is invaluable in case you want to build a corporate career.
